Our intelligent algorithms enable a mathematical matching analysis of our database with more than 250,000 buyers. The final selection of the most suitable buyers is made by experienced investment professionals.

Private Matching

By supporting 500+ M&A projects each year, DealCircle has proprietary data on the search profiles of tens of thousands of buyers. M&A Advisors can also use the closed DealCircle platform to ensure the highest possible degree of a successful deal.

As a registered buyer, you won’t miss any more relevant deals. DealCircle ensures that you appear on the buyers lists of hundreds of M&A advisors.

Save your search criteria confidentially in order to be presented with suitable sales projects. If you are interested, DealCircle will put you in direct contact with the respective M&A advisor.

As a registered buyer, you also have the opportunity to proactively express interest in many other projects on our closed platform.

Seamless integration into your processes: You provide Teaser and Blacklist of your project confidentially and the matching algorithm is started.

After 3 days at the latest, you will receive a qualified shortlist including detailed information and a text proposal for the cover letter for approval.

After your approval, DealCircle will start addressing Buyers on the same day and put you in touch with interested parties.
